About the Journal

Journal of Religion and Social Transformation (E-ISSN: 3026-4693) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal, and rated based on international publication standards published by the Department of Sociology of Religion, IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon.

The Journal aims to develop and enrich scientific discussion for scholars interested in socio-religion issues in Indonesia. W We invite writers to submit research-based articles and literature reviews that strengthen critical approaches. The articles of this journal are published twice a year (June & December).

The topics of the articles may include but are not limited to Religion and Multicultural Society, Religion and Digital Society, Religion and Gender Equality, Religion and Development, Religion and Social Justice, Religion and Local Knowledge.
