Author Guidelines

1. General Requirements Manuscripts must be original, have never been published before, and are not currently under consideration by another journal. The article should be written in English. The length of the manuscript should be between 4,000 – 7,000 words (including references and tables).
2. Manuscript Structure Articles should follow the IMRaD structure as detailed in our template: Title: Concise and informative (max 15 words). Abstract: A single paragraph (150-250 words) summarizing the objective, methods, findings, and implications. Keywords: 3-5 keywords, lowercase, separated by semicolons. Introduction: Background, research urgency, and objectives. Methods: Research design, participants, and data analysis. Results and Discussion: Clear presentation of findings and their theoretical/practical significance. Conclusion: Summary of results and recommendations.
3. Reference Management (Mandatory) Authors must use Mendeley Desktop or Mendeley Reference Manager for citations and bibliography. The citation style used is APA Style 7th Edition. At least 80% of references must come from primary sources (journal articles) published within the last 10 years.
4. Manuscript Template Authors are strongly encouraged to use the official JLO Education Template to ensure consistent formatting (Font: Georgia). Please download and use our Manuscript Template to prepare your article.
5. Submission Manuscripts must be submitted through this OJS system in .doc or .docx format. Authors must ensure that the submission is blinded for peer review (remove author names from the manuscript file for the initial submission).
6. Article Processing Charges (APC) Submission Fee: 0.00 (IDR) — There is no fee to submit a manuscript. Article Processing Charge (APC): 0.00 (IDR) — This journal does not charge authors for publishing their articles. All publication costs are fully waived. Authors will not be asked to pay any fees at any stage of the editorial or publication process.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements. (1) This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines. (2) This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration. (3) All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness. (4) All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled. (5) Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission. (6) The text adheres to the bibliographic requirements; specifically, the use of Mendeley for citations and references is mandatory.
