Journal of Leadership and Organizational Education (JLO Education) is an international, open-access, and peer-reviewed electronic journal published by  Universitas Islam Negeri Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. To guarantee scientific quality and academic integrity, all submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process. JLO Education is published semi-annually (June and December), with its inaugural issue launching in June 2026.
