This study aims to analyze the influence of digital leadership on the acceleration of digital transformation in Madrasah Aliyah. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey design. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to teachers and educational staff. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the assistance of the SmartPLS application to test validity, reliability, and the relationships among variables. The results indicate that digital leadership has a positive and significant influence on digital transformation, with a path coefficient of 0.829 and an R-Square value of 0.687. This indicates that digital leadership accounts for 68.7% of the variation in digital transformation, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. These findings suggest that leadership with digital competencies plays a crucial role in accelerating the digital transformation process within madrasahs. The practical implications of this study highlight the need to enhance the digital leadership capacity of madrasah principals, as well as the necessity for policy support and technological infrastructure to foster educational innovation and management.
